Hilton At Resorts World Bimini Bayley Town, Bayley Town

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room, while very comfortable and cozy, could have been a tad cleaner as I noticed some dust on the floors and furniture. The location, looking out onto the picturesque waterways with yachts, was simply breathtaking but being almost at the end of the building made it a bit far from the central areas and lobby.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed but might be better suited for young couples rather than families or multiple couples due to the lack of bathroom privacy. They were spotless at the end of the building. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, although there were rare instances of requests not being fulfilled. The location is simply breathtaking, overlooking serene waterways filled with luxury yachts and properties. However, the surroundings lack genuine character and feel like a manufactured resort. The dining experience was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the high price, as communication issues arose about included meals. On the bright side, the facilities were well-maintained and made my stay comfortable.

Although the hotel had some issues like no Wi-Fi in the rooms and unresolved problems, overall, my stay was pleasant. The rooms were nice even though there were maintenance concerns. The service was mixed with friendly and approachable staff but lacking urgency and customer training in some areas. The location was beautiful, overlooking waterways, but cleanliness could be improved in the surroundings. Dining options were limited and overpriced but had some good dishes. The facilities were average.
